1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the aDress mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Age Requirement
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Minors aged 16-17 may use the Service only with parental or legal guardian consent.
3. User Accounts
- Authentication: You must sign in using a supported Single Sign-On (SSO) provider (Google, Apple). aDress does not store your SSO password.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Anti-Abuse Persistence: To enforce the "1-event lifetime" free-tier limit and maintain platform safety, aDress retains a non-identifiable record of your SSO provider account status even after account deletion.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
All payments and subscriptions are processed inherently and securely via native App Store billing infrastructure (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). All sales are final and non-refundable, except as strictly required by local consumer law.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Safety
aDress maintains a strictly enforced zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. All reported content will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours, resulting in the immediate removal of the offending content and ejection of the user who provided it.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of all photos and comments you upload to the Service.
- Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, highly offensive, contains explicit imagery, or violates the rights of any third party.
- Reporting & Blocking: The platform actively features Native Reporting capabilities. Any reported content is subject to strict unilateral deletion by Host Event Administrators.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties. GJR Publishing shall not be held liable for any data loss, server outages, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Australia.
9. App Store Policies
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of this Service, nor are they responsible for its maintenance, support, or any claims related to intellectual property infringement. They are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and possess the right to enforce them.
